What is MedsOn Move.com?
We are serving Delhi area with the help of our registered pharmacy partners, as we are not a pharmacy. Our Partner Pharmacy has qualified & experienced pharmacist. We cater to all your medical drugs and health care products demands regarding Personal Care, Nutrition, Regular needs and OTC, Mother and Baby Care, Ayurvedic, Homeopathic and Healthcare Devices domains.

How can I pay?
You can pay using Online and COD (Cash on Delivery) options.

Is the prescription required?
We believe in operating within the ethical and legally correct framework. Yes, a prescription is definitely required because a stipulated number of drugs are not allowed by the Drug Authority of India to be sold minus the prescription of a licensed Doctor or Physician. Considering these guidelines, our panel of trained pharmacists keeps a keen eye on every detail like “date of your visit” and “duration of the drug to be used by you “of your prescription before we dispatch it.

Why does the price of same medicine differ?
Commonly price variations of medicines depend on manufacturers. The prices updated on MedsOnMove.com are accurate but can be differ sometimes due to above reason. Billing will be done as per actual price mentioned on available stock. Discount will also be applicable on actual MRP. If any medicine having huge price difference, then we will let you know before billing.

Can I track my order?
Of course you can. For your convenience we have provided an “Track Your Order” Section on our website that will help you keep an eye on the updates status of your order. Timely notifications will be given to you via SMS, emails and phone calls. The process of delivery begins right from the very second after you have competed your billing. In any case of delay, our customer service will assist you.

How much time should I wait for my delivery?
We try our level best in delivering the order placed by you in couple of hours* or next day after your order has been placed on a working day before 5 pm respectively. For assistance, you can gladly contact customer service.

Can I return or cancel my order?
You can cancel your order only till the time it is not delivered. Once delivered to your door, orders will not be cancelled. Medicines can be returned within 2 days post delivery, but only those that have crossed the expiry date, seal has been broken, tampered packaging while delivery process only shall be accepted when returned. If the customer has used the item they shall not be accepted.

Can I talk to a pharmacist?
We would be glad if we could assist you in solving any of your issues or answering your query as we have a trained and a highly professional panel of medical experts and pharmacists on working days of Monday to Saturday between 10 am to 6 pm. Is there as refund Policy?
Refund will be done by Cash, Cheque and Bank Transfer. Please be patient as the processing time may vary between 2 to 5 business days.
